Everyone realize that when you publish or create a blog with Blogger, the default favicon which appears in your browser navigation bar is Blogger’s favicon (the orange and white logo). If you don't like user know that this site is actually hosted in blogger, you can change favicon setting and pointing to your custom made images.
I would like to share with you how to change it according to what your prefer in this post. I will show you how to get it done with google's picasa web to host the image.
Firstly create a image with measuring 16×16 pixels. Favicons are usually made with the .ico extension, though it’s also possible to use .GIF and .PNG files to reference a favicon.
Picasa Web upload screen will look like below:

When uploaded complete, it will be appear in your photo album:

Search for the right column, there is a column called link to this photo. Click on image only and copy the link out.

As my favicon is with .PNG format, I added a code below in my header tag.
Refer to print screen below for what I had insert.

Here it is, now your favicon is showing what you had design.
